Costa Victoria is boldly styled and has a distinctly European décor featuring a four deck high observation lounge and a seven deck high atrium.  Costa Victoria passengers tend to be lively, mixed ages and mostly European with Americans in the Caribbean. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a space ratio of 39 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.4 passengers. At full capacity the space ratio is 34.2 tons per passenger and the crew ratio is one to 2.8 passengers.

Casual and comfortable during the day. Evenings range from smart casual (shirt & slacks) to informal (jacket and slacks for gentlemen and casual elegance for ladies). Formal evenings require a suit or dinner jacket for men and a cocktail dress for ladies.
TIPPING
Six Euros (US$8) per passenger day is automatically added to your onboard account for cabin and restaurant staff. Bar bills will incurr a 15% surcharge for service.
